I would like to know how to set up facebook/twitter so that every tweet I send, it posts that as my facebook status. Thank you! (I do not want to install the twitter app)

There are few easy ways to do this. Facebook's system for dealing with user-written programs doesn't let you do this. That said, there are a few hacks that people have made to do it. If you have some programming knowledge, check out these:

Unfortunately, no one's written a full app to do this, so if you can't use the above scripts, you may be out of luck.
